Breath is a mirror of our mental and emotional world. If we get hooked on those looping thoughts, we will breathe fast, short, and shallow. There the sympathetic nervous system, alert system, is activated unnecessarily. We will live in fear, stress and anxiety.
If we breathe slowly, circularly and deeply (Conscious Natural Breathing), the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, the system that turns on calm and tranquility. This will allow us to observe those thoughts, choose to release them, and be able to let go of all the emotions that are triggered by them.

Just Breeathe is a subtle Breathwork technique where presence, freedom and peace happen through loving and nourishing breathing towards oneself.

In this individualized program, you will:
- Learn to be present and meditate, by managing mind, body, emotions and energy, in every moment.
- Release patterns that boycott and are specific to each one of us (guilt, shame, self-demand...) and do not allow us to breathe well, or live in the present moment.
- Awaken your intuition by learning how to channel the answers of your higher self, in order to have more clarity and confidence in your life.

We will show the Just Breeathe method in group dynamics, for 10 weeks where we will focus on the LIBERATION of the 4 pillars of the human being (mind, body, emotions and energy) to align ourselves with our spirit or essence.
We will awaken our self-knowledge through the INTEGRATION of all of them.
Includes: 5 workshops, 1 private session, 4 group sessions.
