Why would you enjoy our retreats?

The hectic daily rhythm to which we are subjected generates certain levels of stress and anxiety for all of us.

Breathing is the basis of everything: yoga, mindfulness, meditation, sports… and of life itself!

Why don’t we work on it first? And who teaches us how to breathe well?

Because we get caught up in the mind, we don’t breathe properly. Because we get caught up in our emotions, we don’t breathe properly.

Just Breeathe is an invitation to reconnect with Natural Breathing in everyday life. Because breathing properly promotes health, well-being, and it also empowers you.

What is this experience about?

We offer you a few days to release, reconnect and meet new people.

What does this activity include?

  • Just Breeathe Course: It will provide you with the integration of the 5 verbs of well-being to be present, be happy and be at peace in your day-to-day.
  • We will learn how to free our minds, emotions, bodies and energies through breathing, in order to feel relaxed, empowered and truly enjoy our lives.
  • There will be spaces to share, relax and just be.
  • Finally we will offer breathing exercises for your daily life.
